1. What's your bulk process ?
1. Confirm the style, color and quantity. Will check the fabirc stocks and update price based on your comments, then provide you a quote and lead time.
2. 30%-50% deposit be paid for your order then we can start to make bulk.
3. Will send you fabric and trims confirmed from you
4. Fabric shrinkage control
5. We make the PP sample (Pre Production Samples) to you for approval(pic or ship-out)
6. Production process
7. 50%-70% balance before shipment
2. What's your MOQ for production?( minimum order quantity)
--Our MOQ is 100 units per style. Given to help new clients quick start their business, 50pcs is acceptable.
3. What is your lead time?
15-25 days standard lead time, also depends on your order quantity and fabric stock
If have some workmanship, it takes more time:
Fabric Dying Add 1 week
Printing Add 1 week
Embroidery add 1 week
4. What is your shipping service?
We ship to all around the world.
2-5 days door to door express, like FedEx,UPS,DHL,TNT etc.
30-42 days by sea ship to local port
We will quote you the freight based on the gross weight and your shipment method
5. Can I place my own logo label on products?
Yes, of course, we can help to customize your label and hangers.
